We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Process Specialist for the Baltic region to support our Talent Acquisition department by strengthening our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working. In doing so, you will help us hire top talents in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner - while promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

 

About the role:

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for Recruitment processes across the Baltic region, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality recruitment across SEB. You will support the Process Owner by driving process improvements, contributing to roadmap planning, and ensuring that recruitment solutions, guidelines, and tools are scalable and fit for purpose.

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition teams, HR stakeholders, IT, vendors, and other experts across the organisation, combining process expertise with strong collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.

This role offers an opportunity to influence recruitment processes end to end and contribute to shaping future ways of working, including AI adoption and tool optimization.

What you will do:
  • Act as a centre of expertise for assigned Talent Acquisition processes, providing guidance and support to HR and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Drive process development and continuous improvement initiatives, including AI adoption, tool optimisation, and process redesign
  • Support the Process Owner with recruitment process roadmap planning, concept development, and implementation follow‑up
  • Ensure recruitment guidelines, policies, frameworks, and self‑service tools are up to date, aligned, and scalable across countries
  • Translate strategic initiatives into concrete implementation plans and ensure successful execution
  • Actively involve stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Legal, IT, vendors, and other functions
  • Monitor process performance and KPIs (e.g. time‑to‑hire, quality, compliance), analyse trends, and propose improvements
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to recruitment processes, tools, and vendor operations
  • Contribute to and lead recruitment‑related projects and initiatives
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR process /process excellence roles
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data, KPIs, and root‑cause analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a complex organisation
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, workable solutions
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in process development, continuous improvement, or project work would be seen as an advantage

2.750 € - 3.950 € a month

The above indicated monthly salary range for this position is before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
