About the role:
As a Solution Developer at SEB, you’ll join a professional team within Credit & Capital Tribe, working on a new initiative to support IRB compliance. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT solutions with a strong focus on container orchestration and scaling.
You’ll contribute to system improvements, lifecycle management, testing, and incident resolution. You’ll also collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other development teams to ensure our data sourcing approach supports robust credit risk assessment and capital adequacy.
This role offers the opportunity to explore and experiment with modern technologies and shape how data flows into our regulatory decision-making processes.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
At least 3 years of experience working with Python Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes (OpenShift) Familiar with DevOps (GitHub actions, CI/CD pipelines) Working knowledge of SQL for querying and managing relational databases Experience with code versioning tools and branching strategies Ability to take initiative and ownership Curiosity and willingness to experiment with modern technologies and tools Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information Great collaboration, communication skills and fluency in English Bonus: experience working with GCP

3.650 € - 5.450 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
