We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the prioritisation and coordination of technology development for a dedicated team of developers.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, ensuring that development capacity is directed toward the initiatives that create the greatest value. You will translate business needs, strategic objectives and technical requirements into a clear and actionable development roadmap and provide the development team with well-defined priorities.

As a part of the SEB Group, we provide world-class financial services to support SEB on the journey of becoming the leader in efficiency and innovation. Our dedicated team of over 2800 employees consistently strive to enhance business development and growth. If you want to be part of an engaging and enabling environment where you can turn your everyday actions into global results, this is where you get to shine.

About the role:

As Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of development priorities and backlog. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and other product and technology teams to balance immediate needs with longer-term strategic and technical priorities.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Translate business needs into actionable technology requirements, working with stakeholders and developers to define scope, expected outcomes and acceptance criteria.

  • Own and prioritise the development backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, technology strategy and available development capacity.

  • Set and communicate priorities to the development team, including making trade-offs when competing initiatives require the same capacity.

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives, requirements and priorities.

  • Work closely with developers and architects to balance new functionality, technical improvements, maintenance and reduction of technical debt.

  • Follow development from idea through implementation and ensure that delivered solutions achieve their intended business outcomes.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technology Lead or similar role working closely with software development teams.

  • Experience translating complex business requirements into clear development priorities.

  • A good understanding of software development processes, agile ways of working and technology delivery.

  • The ability to communicate complex technology topics in a clear and pragmatic way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A structured mindset combined with the ability to operate effectively when priorities and requirements evolve.

Experience from financial services, risk management, data platforms, regulatory development or other complex technology environments would be an advantage.

What we offer:
  • Agile and modern ways of working

  • A flat hierarchy and openness to share ideas, opinions and points of views

  • Extensive training and learning opportunities

3.350 € - 5.050 € a month
