About the role: 

Product & Customer offboarding team consists of 11 professional and inclusive specialists who oversee several processes related to customer offboarding in SEB core systems. As a team manager you'll collaborate and support international stakeholders and ensure that tasks and processes are handled in line with SLA. Given that our processes play a crucial role in the Customer Lifecycle, it is imperative for the team manager to maintain a continuous commitment to improvement initiatives to identify new ways of working by focusing to identify each team members strengths and supporting their individual growth for the common good of the team.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Recruitment, performance management, and team development
  • Coaching and supporting the professional growth of each team member
  • Minimizing operational risks and implementing mitigating actions
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Pursue collaborative relationship with stakeholders
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in Team manager role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility, detail-oriented mindset, and willingness to take ownership
  • Proven ability to set targets, KPIs, and competency development plans
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
  • Coaching and change management skills
  • Higher education into business, psychology, finances or management will be considered as an advantage

3.350 € - 5.050 € a month

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
