About the role:

As a Process Expert, you will be part of the Data Management & Billing Services area, which covers the entire customer lifecycle – from customer account opening and maintenance to billing and invoicing support for SEB customers.

Accuracy, quality, and timely delivery are at the core of our daily work. In this role, you will work with key processes related to:

  • Cash Sub-Custody
  • Global Custody
  • Network invoicing
  • Bank cash payment fee management

You will play an important role in improving processes, strengthening risk awareness, and supporting operational excellence across the team.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Identify, analyze, and drive process improvement opportunities, including automation and digital solutions
  • Build, secure, and continuously strengthen end-to-end process expertise within assigned areas
  • Identify and act on operational risks, including incident root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Ensure high-quality and up-to-date process documentation
  • Coach and support colleagues in complex operational tasks
  • Model and maintain processes, and support process modelling activities
  • Work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other functions to achieve operational and customer excellence

Additionally, it is a strong advantage if you have previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.

1.950 € - 2.800 € a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
