About the role:
As a Payroll Specialist in our People Training and Development team, you´ll work alongside experienced HR professionals who are passionate about creating a supportive and forward-thinking work environment. You main focus will be organizing and analyzing HR reporting and ensuring accurate payroll processing across SEB Estonia.
In this role, you will:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with precision and confidentiality Prepare and submitting statutory declarations and statistics reports Monitor employee-submitted vacation and sick leave entries Conduct various HR-related data analyses to support decision-making Collaborate with our IT development team to improve and automate HR processes Contribute to the analysis, development, and administration of employee motivation programs
We´d love to have you on our team if you:
Have a background in economics, finance, or accounting, and previous experience in payroll and/or accounting Are fast, accurate, and detail-oriented Have an experience with Latvian or/and Lithuanian payroll process Work independently and take initiative Have a positive mindset and strong communication skills Are ready to support colleagues across various HR-related topics Communicate fluently in both Estonian and English, both written and spoken

1.900 € - 2.800 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
