About role:
You will be a Payroll Delivery Specialist in SEB’s Workforce Management and Payroll team, working with payroll deliveries for the Swedish market. In this role, you will help ensure accurate and timely payroll services for employees in Sweden. From maintaining personnel data and processing salaries to handling Swedish taxation, reporting and payroll-related analysis. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing in a team that values collaboration, growth and innovation.
- Payroll-related deliveries for the Swedish market
- Maintaining personnel information in different HR systems
- Processing salary calculations such as vacation, sickness, employment benefits, other compensation etc.
- Handling salary payments, deductions, benefits, social security contributions, taxation and bookkeeping of salary-related costs for Sweden
- Providing internal and external reporting
- Statistics and analysis
- Contribute to improvement ideas as we continuously looking for new ways of working
- Contributing to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
- Experience from payroll end-to-end deliveries
- Understanding of payroll systems, bookings, reporting and taxation
- Outgoing & positive team player
- Curious and like to explore new solutions
- Attentive to details
- Asset logical thinking, positive mindset, perseverance and an inquisitive mind that helps you to learn
- Great in MS Excel and willing to learn new things
