Methodology and Process Owner | SEB, Tallinn
We are looking for a Methodology and Process Owner to take end-to-end ownership for the process and methodology framework across the Baltic organization. The role will define, maintain and govern methodologies of process management, including identification and maintenance processes, governance approach, lifecycle, adoption support and alignment with regulatory and governance requirements with primary focus on methodologies for CDE (Critical Data element) and CIF (Critical Important functions).
In this role, you will ensure that the methodology is well-designed, consistently applied, and continuously improved, while supporting business and technology teams in its adoption and practical implementation.
You will act as the key expert and central coordination point for methodology-related topics, working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
- Maintain deep understanding of the methodology and its principles
- Ensure the methodology is clear, practical, and aligned with governance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and updates of the methodology
- Ensure alignment between the methodology and broader organizational frameworks, including process management and operational resilience (e.g., CIF).
- Facilitate identification workshops with business and IT teams
- Guide teams in applying the methodology and moving to target state
- Provide training, guidance, and support for effective implementation
- Initiate and manage regular review cycles
- Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of outputs
- Align with cross-functional governance and reporting expectations
- Serve as the primary contact towards external partners for methodology-related topics
- Drive and coordinate required changes to the methodology
- Ensure alignment across various stakeholder expectations
- Strong understanding of cross functional process and methodology frameworks
- Understanding of regulations that affect regulatory reporting area or experience in finance and risk reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to align across different levels of the organization
- Experience in driving cross-functional change and supporting adoption in complex environments
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with a holistic process view
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
