About the role:
Join our Data Collection department, where we enable vital data capabilities including Data Warehouse and Data platforms for Finance, Risk & Compliance. Your role involves collecting, transforming, and distributing data products from various sources, ensuring on-time and quality-assured delivery to a broad network of stakeholders across the bank. As part of an agile team, you will manage current solutions, onboard Sub Ledgers, and drive our transformation journey to future-proof our applications. This includes development, maintenance, support, operations, and on-call duties, offering a dynamic and impactful opportunity.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Must have solid competence in COBOL development, ideally within the finance industry.
- Must have solid competence in Mainframe environments, including SQL, JCL, DB2, OPC, and IDz
- Meritorious to work in cloud environments, particularly GCP.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working in Agile ways of working
- An open mindset and are eager to learn new skills and areas of expertise
- The ability to communicate effortlessly and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be fluent in English
