About the role:
 
As a Business Services Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly by following established processes and meeting service targets. Responsibilities include updating work instructions, sharing expertise to support a learning culture, driving continuous improvements, and actively contributing to projects. The role also involves effective communication with customers and partners, applying rules to unique situations, and maintaining strong knowledge of products, processes, and IT systems.
As a Business Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Carrying out assigned tasks to ensure that the daily operations of the bank's financial services run smoothly and in accordance with both internal procedures and external regulations
  • Answering requests / questions from internal colleagues, customers and other stakeholders related to the daily business 
  • Ensuring that we don’t miss out on opportunities to grow and innovate our service delivery
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Strong motivation to develop within a corporate environment
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges
  • Good time management skills and a responsible approach to tasks
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • An interest in Intelligence Automation is a plus: Data analysis and AI knowledge
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Office tools

1.950 € - 2.800 € a month
The above indicated monthly salary range for this position is before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
