Junior/Mid Business Developer in Savings & Investments Tribe in Funds and Deposits Agile team | SEB, Tallinn
- Working together with the product owner and the team to develop secure and functional solutions for S&I products and processes.
- Continuous innovation to ensure future-proof products and processes;
- Creating development requirements and being a part of the entire development lifecycle;
- Maintaining and supporting existing products and services;
- Ensuring compliance with area-specific regulation;
- Testing of new and existing developments and solutions;
- Advise and support colleagues regarding our area products and services.

Basic knowledge of investment products, processes and associated regulatory framework;

Interest or initial experience (e.g. through studies, internships, trainee programs or junior roles) in IT development, project management, business analysis or similar fields;

High motivation and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment;

Readiness to deep-dive into business requirements and propose innovative solutions to complex problems

Excellent communication skills, to collaborate effectively with team members, as well stakeholders across the Baltics;

Strong organizational skills, to manage priorities and workload effectively;

High level of energy and drive for delivering customer value;

Fluency in English language, as you will be working within an international team;

Fluency in Estonian language, as you will be working with local specific tasks.
