About the role
As a senior Product specialist, you will be part of realising our ambition to transform our business where self-service and flexible products and solutions are key and that our offers, platforms and tools are aligned with our business. With your leadership skills and using your experience from our industry, you will drive our development on different levels, working hand in hand together with business owners and other stakeholders in the agile structure and the solution ecosystems. Maintenance and regulatory adaptations of our products are also part of your responsibility.  

What you need to bring to succeed in this role
An analytical approach, sees opportunities, flexibility, solution-oriented, and likes to work both independently and in teams. You also have a strong drive for implementation and can drive change. We also believe that you have:
         Proven experience in product management or product specialisation, ideally in a complex or fast-paced environment
         Documented experience of playing a key role in replacing a core insurance system and implementing Lumera as a new system
         A wealth of insurance product knowledge, especially within risk and traditional insurance products, and a strong understanding of the ongoing transformation of new customer demands that impact both our services as well as our offers
         Experienced in driving change and you are confident in managing both strategic and operational initiatives for the products you will be responsible for
         A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude
         Excellent communication skills. Fluent in the Swedish language and can manage meetings and documentation in English
         Have an academic degree or other relevant education
