Investment Banking Internship 2026 – Corporate Finance & Corporate Finance Growth | SEB, Stockholm

Corporate Finance
Corporate Finance, a core function within SEB Investment Banking, leads the Nordic market in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) advisory. Our clients include Nordic large corporates, financial sponsors and international companies with an interest in M&A and ECM in Northern Europe.
Corporate Finance Growth
Corporate Finance Growth is a full-service M&A, capital raising, and ECM team within SEB Investment Banking, advising private and public growth companies regarding strategic transactions. Our team supports the companies of tomorrow, as well as Nordic corporates and international investors with an agenda to invest into the Northern European growth landscape.
About the job
We offer ambitious and high-performing students the opportunity to accelerate their development through real project work in a fast-paced and international environment. From day one, you will be involved in live transactions as well as in the preparation of pitch materials. You will support our deal teams throughout projects by performing tasks such as market analysis, company valuation and preparation of presentation materials. Interns are viewed as an integral part of our team, and we aim to offer you a challenging, rewarding and inclusive experience.
The internship periods are offered on a rolling basis throughout the year with each intake lasting 10 weeks, during which you work with Corporate Finance or Corporate Finance Growth.
Who are you?
We are looking for driven, curious and collaborative individuals with a strong interest in business and finance. You combine analytical skills with high integrity, attention to detail, and a willingness to take responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, service-minded approach to your work.
To be eligible, you should have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies by the start of the internship. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, are required.
