About the role:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will join our Employee IT support team within Digital Workplace in SEB Technology. The team is currently expanding and provides a single point of contact IT support service for all SEB Group employees across 20 countries globally. You will be part of a team that assists employees by resolving their daily IT issues, working alongside friendly professionals.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • A genuine enjoyment in helping others
  • Excellent English language skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
  • Sophisticated customer service management skills and experience (highly appreciated)

  • 1.800 € - 2.100 € a month
    The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
