There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department. 

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery Manager to strengthen and mature SEB's approach to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) resilience, disaster recovery, and service continuity.

This is a senior Baltics-wide role where you will own and develop the IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery practice, ensuring that critical technology services are recoverable in line with business needs, regulatory expectations, and SEB’s risk appetite. 

You will join the Baltics IT Service Quality Management leadership team and work closely with technology, information security, risk, business continuity, and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:
  • Owning and developing the IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery framework across SEB Baltics, including governance, metrics, KPIs/KRIs, and standardised reporting.
  • Maintaining and improving recovery readiness by ensuring technology continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, and ICT response and recovery procedures are aligned with critical business services, recovery objectives, and regulatory requirements.  
  • Planning and coordinating disaster recovery testing, including the testing calendar, execution follow-up, progress reporting, lessons learned, and remediation of findings.  
  • Supporting business impact analyses, risk assessments, and crisis scenario planning to help define practical recovery strategies and risk treatment actions.  
  • Driving continuous improvement and maturity by enabling teams across the organisation, clarifying roles and responsibilities, creating guidance materials, modernising workflows, improving automation, and owning a multi-year strategy for service continuity and disaster recovery. 
We believe you will thrive in this role if you have: 
 
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or technology-focused risk, resilience, service continuity, disaster recovery, IT service management, or business continuity roles.
  • Good understanding of ICT environments and how infrastructure, applications, data, backup, and recovery processes support business-critical services.
  • Knowledge of risk management, IT service management, information security, or business continuity management. 
  • Proven process/practice leadership experience in a multi-cultural organization.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.   
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.  
  • Fluency in English, as this role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the Baltics. 
It would be an advantage if you have experience with:
  • Process or value mapping.
  • Application development methodologies. 
  • Power BI or similar.
  • Agile ways of working.  
  • Banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.

4.000 € - 6.000 € a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
