About the role: 
As an HR Delivery Specialist, you’ll handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks supporting recruitment processes and systems. You will also collaborate with other teams across HR to ensure seamless and consistent employee experience, data accuracy and user intuitive tools functionality.  
As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Handing incoming administrative requests from other employees
  • Extracting ad-hoc data reports
  • Performing simple data analysis
  • Execute regular and daily HR operations within a specific area, adhering to work instructions and updating them as needed 
  • Preparing and updating user instructions (for data hygiene, way of working and proper use of tools)
  • Contribute to operational process improvements
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to handle requests professionally and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Previous experience working with HR administration and planning systems

  • 1.700 € - 2.400 € a month
    The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
