We are looking for a Finance Developer in Finance, Risk and Data Tribe in Tax Regulatory Reporting area. As part of our agile team, your key focus will be on Tax Regulatory Reporting solution development in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania


Your responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a product owner and stakeholders to analyse and translate regulatory requirements into clear actionable user stories
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements
  • Work closely with software developers to design and deliver effective reporting solutions
  • Configure, adjust and test reporting solutions
  • Coordinate UAT and stakeholder validation of implemented features
  • Perform data analysis and communicate with stakeholders to interpret and explain data
  • Actively participate in delivery team sprints, refinement sessions, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization in an agile setup
  • Continuously improve analysis, documentation, and agile delivery practices
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Background in finance, accounting, risk, or reporting
  • Experience working with financial systems, data, or reporting solutions
  • Good understanding of banking business, products, and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes and data flows
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
  • Proactive mindset and ownership of delivered solutions
  • Excellent cooperation skills as a team player, collaborating effectively with both business and tech stakeholders
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

2.700 € - 4.350 € a month

before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
