SEB Life Business Area consists of Life & Pension, SEB International, and Life & Pension Baltic, and is one of four business areas within the Wealth & Asset Management division. We are SEB subsidiaries with around 1 100 employees, most of whom work in Life & Pension in Sweden.

Are you structured, proactive, and service‑minded and do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly in a fast‑paced, international environment? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to our Head of Life Business Area, Linnea Ecorcheville, to support and drive daily operational efficiency through excellent coordination and administrative support.

About the role

In this role, you will provide proactive and reliable administrative support, enabling smooth day-to-day operations and planning/coordination of meetings and events.  You will work closely with relevant stakeholders, and other assistants securing effective collaboration across organization

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar management, travel administration, invoicing, payments, and other ad‑hoc tasks
  • Organizing and prioritizing incoming information and requests
  • Coordinating and managing special tasks and projects as assigned
  • Supporting the planning and execution of events and key meetings
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and with other assistants

  • have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • have strong skills in written and verbal communication in Swedish and English
  • have previous experience as an executive assistant is advantage
