About the role:
You will work in a dynamic environment with multiple Agile teams located in both Stockholm and Vilnius, collaborating closely with internal Business and IT teams to explore new areas and grow your skills. In this position, you will join a team of five highly skilled professionals who are eager to share their knowledge. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the reliability, uptime, and performance of the real-time processing platform; continuously improving the entire service lifecycle from patching to deploying custom solutions; creating automation for existing systems and implementing robust monitoring solutions; and participating in passive on-call duty as part of a team rotation.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Linux background and network understanding
- Understanding of security principles, including mutual TLS for secure communication
- Strong troubleshooting and incident handling skills
- Experience with Python, Ansible or other Object-oriented programming languages
- Understanding of logging, monitoring and observability platforms (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ITIL, or other formal incident, problem, and change management process experience
It will be an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of distributed event streaming systems like Kafka
- Public Cloud platform skills (GCP, AWS or Azure)

3.000 € - 4.300 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
