  • Work closely with clients and colleagues across Luxembourg and the wider SEB network

  • Support new client onboarding and contribute to commercial discussions

  • Join projects where you can improve quality, efficiency and ways of working

What helps you thrive in this role
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field

  • Experience in the investment fund industry, ideally in depositary, or relevant internship experience if you are at the beginning of your career

  • An understanding of Luxembourg fund structures and regulatory requirements, or a strong willingness to learn quickly

  • Curiosity to develop your stakeholder management and communication skills

  • A positive, can-do mindset and a strong sense of ownership

  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team spirit

  • Comfort with both detailed, hands-on work and broader oversight when needed

  • An interest in improving how things are done and building efficient, risk-controlled processes

  • Fluency in Englishboth written and spoken; other languages are a plus

At SEB, you will be part of an international environment where people are encouraged to learn, share ideas and grow. While every career journey is different, these are some of the things you can expect:

  • An international, entrepreneurial Scandinavian working environment

  • Training and learning opportunities to support your development

  • Attractive compensation and benefits

  • A friendly and welcoming culture where people support each other

  • A flat hierarchy where ideas, opinions and perspectives are welcome
