Delivery Team Lead (Attīstības komandas vadītājs/-a) to Digital Channels Tribe | SEB, Riga
- Leading, coaching and developing your Baltic team members
- Contributing to the development and execution of the Tribe’s vision and strategy
- Acting as Scrum Master within the Delivery Team
- Fostering a strong delivery culture and removing impediments that prevent the team from succeeding
- Collaborating with Product Owner, other Delivery Team Leads and stakeholders across the Baltics to identify synergies, share best practices and strengthen ways of working
- Ensuring clarity and alignment around team goals, priorities and scope
- Leading and supporting change, helping the team adapt to evolving priorities, ways of working and organizational needs
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing, coaching and motivating people
- Strong change management capabilities, with the ability to create clarity and engagement through change
- Ability to build an effective team culture focused on collaboration, ownership and delivery
- Great UX or customer experience knowledge is an advantage
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and its potential to transform how the team works and delivers value
- Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working and software development
- Proficiency in written and spoken English language, as daily work involves Baltic-level communication
