About the role:
As a Data Engineer in Next Generation Custody, you'll help implement new use cases on our GCP-based data platform. Working within our newly established Vilnius-based team, you'll play a key role in adding new flows and data sources and developing data products for regulatory reporting and analytics. In this dynamic cross-functional environment, you'll collaborate with Business Services, IT architects, and product owners across multiple divisions. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new organization, deliver critical custody reporting solutions, and grow your skills in cloud-native data engineering while contributing to SEB's strategic transformation.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and demonstrated experience with GCP services, including but not limited to BigQuery, Dataform, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python.
  • Competence in SQL programming for data manipulation and querying.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub.
  • Experience with Tableau/Looker.
  • Knowledge of Terraform - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool for managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Understanding of data processes like ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data quality management.
  • Fundamental understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance development workflows.

  • 4.350 € - 6.550 € a month
    The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
