About the role:
You will be part of the Compensation & Benefits Team in the Baltics. Our responsibility covers the entire value chain for compensation & benefits in the Baltic region, from strategy to implementation.
 
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team based in Riga. In this role, you will be responsible for the compensation and benefits processes with a primary focus on the Latvian region, while also driving pay and benefits-related initiatives across the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and/or on Group level. It includes managing compensation structures and reviews, compensation data and analytics, benchmarking, job architecture and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits processes in line with company strategy and local regulations
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure market competitiveness
  • Act as a subject matter expert on compensation & benefits-related matters in Latvia including monitoring local legislation and trends
  • Coordinate and align compensation & benefits across the Baltic countries to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness
  • Participate in Group initiatives and projects related to the implementation of pay processes and policies
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of compensation and benefits practices to employees and stakeholders.
  • To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in the Compensation process area 
  • Experience from working with benchmarking, job architecture and job evaluation
  • Strong and proven quantitative and analytical skills 
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate work and collaborate in an agile way 
  • Are fluent in local language, and English language, as you will be working in Baltic team and Baltic level projects.

    The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
