Are you ready to shape the communication strategy at SEB Kort, a successful and growing company in the card payment industry with a position as the leading European corporate payment provider? We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded Communication Manager to join our team in Solna.
 
About the Role
As Communication Manager, you will be responsible – together with the Communication Manager in Germany – for developing and implementing the company’s strategic communication initiatives, with specific focus on internal communication. You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Development and work closely with other key functions to ensure a strong and cohesive communications strategy.
 
This role combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. You will lead internal communications initiatives and, with your strong writing and communication skills, actively contribute to conveying the company's goals and vision in an engaging and clear way.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and implement the company’s communications strategy, focusing on internal communication
  • Write, edit, and adapt internal communication to ensure clarity and engagement among employees
  • Support and guide the executive management team in communication matters, strengthening our internal brand
  • Coordinate and work closely with our Communication Manager in Germany to ensure consistent, high-quality communication
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a unified communications strategy that reflects the company's values and goals
  • Together with the Communication Manager in Germany, plan, develop and launch a new SEB Kort Group Intranet, securing an active and efficient internal communication platform
  • To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Experience in strategic communication work, preferably with a focus on internal communication
  • Proven ability to write and produce internal communication that engages and inspires
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English; German language skills is a plus
  • Strong skills in balancing strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in an international setting and working closely with executive teams is a plus
