Investor Services is a business unit that is covering the Nordics, Luxembourg, and the Baltics from a home market perspective, delivering services that form the foundation of the relationship between financial institutions and SEB.
In Luxembourg, Investor Services consists of 13 people split into two teams: Depositary Services & Oversight and Client Services. Together they play a key role in supporting SEB Luxembourg Branch, which has around 150 employees representing over 20 different nationalities.
In Luxembourg our client segment consists mainly of investment funds (UCITS and AIF) and some large corporates. Investor Services Luxembourg monitors and follows market development as well as the service delivered. Our team is working in a continuously changing environment in close cooperation with our in-house and third-party management companies and AIFM including their delegates with a concentration on Nordic based portfolio managers
The Client Services Manager (“CSM”) acts as a main contact to our clients in relation to our depositary and institutional global custody products and services. This includes tasks related to the complete process chain of UCITS and Alternative investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg.
Key responsibilities include KYC/AML, contractual and operational onboarding and maintenance acting as an escalation point of contact for the clients and account openings. The role also covers day-to-day query handling, reporting, preparation of board packs as well as attendance to board and client meetings, keep tracker logs with clients.
In your role you will support with tasks related to the depositary function and institutional global custody product. You will support in analysis and implementation of new products and processes.

In addition, you:
- Have strong understanding of Luxembourg funds structures (SICAV, FCP, RAIF, SCSp, etc.), the role of a Luxembourg depositary bank and a strong and solid knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the main parties involved in the fund industry
- Have knowledge of securities markets, financials products and KYC/AML requirements
- Hold a relevant university degree with experience in funds, banking or related field
- Communicate clearly in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is as plus
- Can prioritise, execute, and delegate tasks effectively
- Are client-focused and service-minded with attention to details
- Are a collaborative team-player with good communication and presentation skills.
