We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join our Private Wealth Management & Family Office team in Helsinki as a Client Service Partner. The position is fixed term until end of February 2027.
 
About the role
 
You will be an important part of our professional team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Private Wealth Management & Family Office clients. You will engage with clients and ensure they receive a high level of support throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless communication and provide comprehensive assistance, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed effectively. Close collaboration with colleagues across SEB is essential, as you will work together to respond to client requests, resolve concerns, and deliver a consistently outstanding client experience. 
 
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
  • A strong customer focus and a genuine interest in delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders 
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a structured and efficient way of working 
  • Digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new things 
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken; Swedish is considered an advantage 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; previous experience in the financial sector is considered an asset
