Client Regulatory Analyst (temporary engagement)

The regulatory field has grown significantly over recent years and continues to do so. Client Product & Regulatory Management (“CPRM”) is a cross divisional function with the main responsibility to develop and manage regulatory first line activities.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Oslo for a 12 month temporary engagement.

What you will be doing
Our Regulatory Analysts are responsible for all the different phases in Client Life Cycle Management, such as onboarding of new customers, ongoing due diligence measures on existing customers, offboarding routines and processes.

You will be responsible for analyzing the KYC information and making sure that all regulatory requirements are met before client onboarding is completed. In this position you will work closely with different product areas within PWM&FO.

Overall tasks & responsibilities
·       Responsibility for the overall Client Life Cycle process to be carried out with quality and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
·       Continuous overview and follow-up of customers in the PWM&FO division with respect to AML/KYC
·       Overall overview of customer portfolio from an AML/KYC perspective
·       Support colleagues and act as an advisor regarding KYC related questions, within the CPRM team (both locally and globally) and towards the client teams and other stakeholders
·       Obtain and maintain a solid understanding of AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
·       Participate in various projects in accordance with the manager’s instructions
·       Take part in global processes and developments within PWM&FO locally and globally, with a knowledge of the Norwegian /local requirements.
·       Perform Customer Due Diligence tasks and analysis according to regulatory requirements through a proactive and advisory driven approach
·       Control and ensure that all required documentation is in place on new and existing customers, in cooperation with client teams
 
Who we are looking for
- You have at least a Bachelor degree in a relevant field with good academic results.
- You show commitment to learning and constantly develop your skill set, and you work in a structured way with focus on quality, details, and deadlines.
- Experience from the regulatory area is considered a benefit, but not required.
- You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
