About the role:
Private banking focuses on some of the most valuable and wealthiest customers of the bank by offering them bespoke and tailored financial solutions and services. We advise our customer on various personalised daily banking and lending services. Core focus of our work in on tailored wealth management advisory, which encompasses primarily discretionary portfolio management. One of our core focuses is the overall customer satisfaction, this remains as one of your key performance indicators.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for private banking clients, build long-term trust-based relationships, understand clients’ financial goals, lifestyle needs, and risk tolerance.
  • Financial Advisory: Provide tailored investment advice and wealth management solutions, offer guidance on portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and risk management, collaborate with specialists (tax, legal, estate planning) to deliver holistic solutions.
  • Product & Service Offering: Recommend banking products such as credit facilities, deposits and/or portfolio management services, facilitate access to exclusive investment opportunities and private markets.
  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify and onboard new high-net-worth clients, expand wallet share by cross-selling services (insurance, lending, investments)
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, monitor customer profile and transactions for AML/KYC compliance.
  • Networking & Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, economic developments and investment opportunities, leverage networks to attract new clients and maintain existing ones.
  • You’ll be the right fit if you have:
  • Academic degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Proven customer management track record of least 3 years
  • Strong financial knowledge (investment products, markets, tax implications)
  • Investment advisory certification or willingness to have it
  • Result oriented attitude and focus on growth
  • Well-developed sales skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong understanding of customer risk profiles
  • Ability to manage complex client needs and deliver bespoke solutions
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departments and countries
  • Fluent in local and English language, verbal and written. Any other language is counted in as benefit

  • 2.900 € - 4.400 € a month
    The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
