About the role

As a Client Associate in our Institutional Asset Management team, you will work closely with experienced professionals. Your role will involve supporting Client Executives in managing key client relationships, ensuring a high level of service, and assisting in various tasks across asset classes. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing clients and driving continuous service improvements. Additionally, you will prepare and participate in client meetings, manage the follow-up process, and contribute to the implementation of new ways of working, such as adopting new technologies.

• Strong collaboration, networking, and analytical skills, with an interest in financial markets and asset classes.
• Prior experience from working with alternative investments.
• An interest in new technologies and the ability to implement new ways of working to drive business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, Swedish considered an advantage.
• A relevant university degree combined with solid experience in asset management.
