About the role

You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for the post‑trade lifecycle, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Daily post‑trade processing within settlements, derivatives, and alternative investments
  • Handling trade lifecycle events, reconciliations, exceptions, and confirmations
  • Operational execution and controls related to EMIR and MIFIR reporting
  • Managing non‑standard cases requiring investigation and independent judgement
  • Proactively identifying and escalating operational risks and incidents
  • Maintaining and improving work instructions, processes, and controls
  • Contributing to automation, system changes, and process improvements
  • Collaborating with colleagues, custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders

We are looking for someone who combines operational expertise with a strong sense of responsibility.

You bring:

  • Experience from investment operations, post‑trade, settlements, or derivatives
  • Understanding of financial instruments, preferably including derivatives and/or alternative investments
  • Working knowledge or strong interest in EMIR and MIFIR from an operational perspective
  • Understanding of end‑to‑end trade lifecycle and upstream/downstream dependencies
  • Valuation reporting, Reconciliations and controls.
  • Proactively escalate operational risks, breaks, and incidents
  • High attention to detail and a strong mindset for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle complex issues
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
