Are you passionate about business development and excited to shape the future of Savings & Investments in the Baltics? Join our Baltic Product Development & Technology organisation in Tallinn as a Business Developer and help deliver solutions that impact thousands of customers.

What you will be doing

  • Own and drive deliveries within Savings & Investments (S&I) in line with customer needs, market expectations and the agreed Baltic roadmap.
  • In S&I you will work with various products and processes like deposits, investment funds, investment accounts, securities accounts, settlements, tax declaration, regulatory documentation and many other things.
You will work in an international environment and have a close collaboration inside the development team and with other professionals in respective assignments. You will have the opportunity to work with complex solutions for the investments area, that will expand your industry knowledge
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Working together with the Product Owner and the team to develop secure, customer-friendly solutions for S&I products and processes;
  • Continuously improving and innovating to keep products and processes future-proof;
  • translating business needs into clear requirements and taking part in the full development lifecycle (from idea to rollout);
  • Maintaining and supporting existing products and services to ensure stability and quality;
  • Ensuring compliance with area-specific regulation;
  • Planning and performing testing of new and existing solutions to support high-quality releases;
  • Advising and supporting stakeholders and colleagues about S&I products and processes.
We are looking for someone with:
  • Some experience and working knowledge of investment products and related processes, as well as regulatory requirements;
  • Experience in business analysis, IT development, product development or project management (or a similar role) is considered an advantage;
  • Drive to find and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges;
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the Baltics;
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to getting things done;
  • High ownership, energy and focus on delivering customer value;
  • Fluency in English, as you will work in an international team;
  • Fluency in Estonian, as the role includes local specific tasks and communication.

2.700 € - 3.900 € a month

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
