About the role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the dynamic Business Solutions team, contributing to HR strategic initiatives, process improvements, and IT-related deliveries. You will not only support requirement structuring and stakeholder alignment but also play a key role in facilitating Agile ways of working, ensuring effective delivery flow, and supporting the team’s continuous improvement. In addition, you will take a coordinating Scrum Master role across the department, supporting alignment and consistency in Agile practices and ways of working. You will act as a link between HR, IT and stakeholders, while also enabling the team to work efficiently through well-structured Agile processes and collaboration.

As a Business Analyst you will:
  • Support ongoing projects by aligning IT, business goals, and stakeholder perspectives, ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT
  • Support Process Experts in analyzing complex processes and identifying improvement, automation, and innovation opportunities - then help bring those ideas to life
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements by evaluating inputs from multiple sources and ensuring a unified approach
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather input and validate outcomes
  • Actively contribute for testing and contribute to incident/problem handling
  • Assist in creation of methodologies, templates and tools
As a Scrum Master you will:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, PI events) and ensure they are effective and well-structured
  • Drive team delivery flow and support consistent, predictable value delivery
  • Coach the team on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration
  • Identify and remove impediments, escalating risks and dependencies when needed
  • Ensure transparency of work through structured backlog and workflow management (e.g., JIRA)
  • Support planning and prioritization together with Process Owners and stakeholders
  • Coordinate dependencies and collaboration across teams
  • Act as Scrum Master for the team while taking a coordinating role across Scrum Masters in the department, supporting alignment and consistency in Agile practices and ways of working
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Experience as a Business/IT Analyst/Scrum master or in similar role
  • Higher education within a relevant field (bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Expert-level Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables and macros
  • A solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hands-on experience
  • Experience facilitating workshops, ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose new approaches
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English
What we offer:
  • International opportunities and working environment
  • Long-term stability
  • Extensive training and learning opportunities
3.350 € - 5.050 € a month
