About the role
The Compensation & Benefits function is responsible for the entire value chain from strategy to implementation of remuneration in the SEB Group. You will be part of the Compensation Team based in either Vilnius or Riga. The team is part of the Workforce and Compensation department, responsible for delivering key HR processes across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Baltics. Our work includes managing compensation structures and reviews, salary benchmarking, employee benefits and lifecycle processes such as onboarding, internal transfers, and exits.   
We are now looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the benefit concept and offering in the Baltic region, driving the benefit agenda and initiatives working closely together with Compensation & Benefits specialists across the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) as well as Sweden.  
 As Benefit Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain benefit and pension offering, guidelines and processes in line with company strategy and local regulations.  
  • Responsible for vendor and risk management for local and regional benefit providers including ensuring a high service-level quality.  
  • Act as a subject matter expert on benefits- and pension related matters in the Baltic region, including monitoring local legislation, trends and market competitiveness.  
  • Coordinate and align benefits across the Baltic countries to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness.  
  • Participate in Group initiatives and projects related to the benefit area  
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of benefits practices to employees and stakeholders.  
  • To thrive in this role, we believe you have: 
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in the Benefits area   
  • Experience from working with benefits cross the Baltic countries, and preferably with experience from various benefit vendors  
  • Good understanding of benefit taxation and local market practices  
  • Strong and proven quantitative and analytical skills   
  • Good project management and communication skills  
  • Ability to coordinate work and collaborate in an agile way   
  • Are Fluent in English and local language

  • 3.200 € - 4.800 € a month
    The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
