Analyst to Corporate Loan Origination in Copenhagen
We are looking for a motivated and curious early career professional to join SEB’s Danish Corporate Loan Origination team.
The team is responsible for advisory, origination, and structuring of bank loan financings for corporate and institutional clients in Denmark.
We serve SEB’s largest borrowers across Large and Mid-Cap Corporates as well as Financial Institutions.
Corporate Loan Origination is part of Investment Banking, operating in a dynamic and international environment with approximately 25 professionals across our Nordic home markets.
As an Analyst, you will be closely involved in the team’s day to day work. Responsibilities will include:
- Taking active ownership of advisory-driven pitch book presentations.
- Supporting credit and capital structure analysis.
- Performing financial modelling.
- Support with work related to loan documentation.
- Participating in market and research discussions within the department.
- A relevant university/business school degree with strong academic results.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in financial markets.
- An outgoing personality and team player mentality.
- A high degree of integrity, commitment, and stamina, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Commitment to learn and constantly develop your skill set.
- A structured way of working with focus on quality, details, and deadlines.
Previous experience (1-3 years) from similar positions will be looked upon favorably (e.g. a role within investment banking, financing, or management consulting).
