About the role:

As an Accountant in Core Accounting unit at SEB, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues. With your finance experience, strong attention to detail and good analytical skills, you'll provide your expertise in account reconciliations, IFRS16 analysis, period-end closing procedures and financial reporting area. You will work closely with multiple levels within Global Finance, which represents a great opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of a finance department in a rapidly growing digital organization.

As an Accountant you will be responsible for:
  • Perform Leasing Accounting (IFRS16) processes and ensure smooth delivery of activities
  • Prepare accounting entries and monthly reporting
  • Perform reconciliations and internal control checks according to established procedures
  • Follow processing and reporting deadlines
  • Communicate with other SEB Group units and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes together with the team 
Who we are looking for:
  • Over 1 year of combined experience in accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  • Experience in working with IFRS16 would be considered as advantage
  • A degree in Finance area is an advantage

2.350 € - 3.300 € a month
The above indicated monthly salary range for this position is before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
