Our Economic Research team tracks and predicts short- and medium-term cyclical movements in the global economy and their financial implications. The analyses are published in SEB's leading quarterly Nordic Outlook report as well as in a number of shorter studies.
With Corporate research we aim to provide Europe-based investors proprietary and timely research produced by the leading equity analysts in the Nordic region. We deliver commentary on smaller-cap stocks with limited liquidity, that would otherwise not be covered by leading securities houses.
Our team of foreign exchange strategists uses a wide range of economic, technical and quantitative methods to analyse financial markets. With our expertise in the Nordic region we maintain a strong track record in G10 and key emerging markets. Clients have direct access to our analysts and a wide range of our research.
Debt Capital Markets (DCM) provides SEB's corporate and institutional clients with access to debt funding through the international capital markets. In the Nordic bond market, we enjoy a leading position. Our credit research activities cover over 130 companies, including more than 40 unrated issuers.
Fundamental research is the very foundation of our equities offering and within equity research we aim to give you access to the best analysts in the market. We have in-depth knowledge of more than 300 Nordic companies and every year our research team compiles some 7,000 company-specific reports.
Commodities research is our specialist unit supporting you in your commodities business. We provide research and commodity price outlooks for a number of different commodities, such as oil, gas, power, metals, agricultural products and precious metals.
We offer a broad product portfolio for investors that includes the trading of interest-bearing instruments and associated derivatives, advisory services and complex financial solutions.
SEB's country analysis covers most major emerging markets and a number of financially challenged developed countries and assesses economic, financial and political developments and prospects.
