We offer sub-custody services in the seven Nordic and the Baltic markets. The product cornerstones of our Sub-custody offering are:

• Safekeeping of securities held in the Nordic and Baltic CSDs through our flexible sub-custody system. The system allows for a multitude of account setup alternatives.
• Settlement processing with an optional automatic borrowing functionality, which will assist you in reducing fail rates and associated costs. SWIFT based status messaging can be complemented with API-based updates.
• A full range of asset servicing capabilities. This includes mandatory and elective corporate action processing – supporting you with event monitoring, processing and reporting throughout the event lifecycle – income processing, transaction management, taxation services, as well as general meeting and voting services.
• Issuing and paying agent services for certificates, notes and warrants. This includes the listing of products on applicable stock exchanges, as well as associated services for mark-ups and mark-downs and redemption and expiration processing.
