With SEB ID, corporate users get a secure and user-friendly way to access Business Arena, providing a simple and safe login and signing experience while keeping sensitive information protected.

SEB ID is a standalone mobile application that complements existing security solutions, such as mobile BankID and digipass, to provide secure and user-friendly login and transaction signing.

How SEB ID works in Business Arena

When you want to log in or sign to Business Arena, choose SEB ID as your login method. Enter your user ID (X-ID), open the SEB ID app to identify yourself. If signing is needed, it must be done using the same method you used to log in.

How to get started

To activate SEB ID, you must be a corporate customer in Business Arena and have a valid user ID (X-ID) as well as a digipass linked to your user ID (X-ID) in order to complete the onboarding with SEB ID.

  1. Download and install SEB ID on your mobile from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open SEB ID and follow the instructions to onboard yourself to SEB ID.

Questions and answers about SEB ID

You must be registered as a user with a corporate customer in Business Arena, have a valid user ID (X-ID) linked to a digipass, and have an App Store or Google Play account registered within the EU, EEA, EFTA, United Kingdom, United States, or India.

Download SEB ID from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and follow the onboarding process in the app. Make sure you have your digipass available.

If you lose your device, change phones or forget your PIN code, you should contact SEB or an administrator at your company.

You will find the Change PIN option under Manage this ID in the SEB ID app.

Delete your ID under Manage this ID. You will then need to complete the onboarding process again using your digipass.

Once you have enabled fingerprint (Android) or Face ID/Touch ID (iOS) under Manage this ID, you can log in using biometric authentication.

Yes, you must be registered as a user with a corporate customer in Business Arena and have a valid user ID (X-ID).

You should contact your dedicated local customer representative.

You can have one SEB ID per device and a maximum of three active SEB IDs per user ID (X-ID).

You need a digipass when activating SEB ID. Once activation is complete, you no longer need it for login or signing.

At present, you can only use SEB ID in Business Arena for login and signing.
