Capital Adequacy and Risk Management Reports (Pillar 3)

Our reports on capital adequacy and risk management, according to disclosure requirements under Pillar 3, complement the annual reports, providing additional information on SEB’s material risks and capital adequacy. 

SEB’s Pillar 3 disclosures are prepared in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Capital Requirements Regulation (Regulation (EU) 575/2013), the EBA’s implementing technical standards (ITS) with regard to disclosure of own funds (EU Regulation No 1423/2013), the Swedish FSA’s regulations on prudential requirements and capital buffers (FFFS 2014:12) and the EBA’s guidelines on disclosure requirements under Part 8 of the CRR.

SEB's systemic importance indicators

SEB is assessed annually for its systemic importance in the financial sector. Below are the key indicators that the regulators use to quantitatively assess the systemic importance of banks according to the Basel Committee's methodology. SEB is not considered a global systemically important bank (G-SIB).
