SEB’s Pillar 3 disclosures are prepared in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Capital Requirements Regulation (Regulation (EU) 575/2013), the EBA’s implementing technical standards (ITS) with regard to disclosure of own funds (EU Regulation No 1423/2013), the Swedish FSA’s regulations on prudential requirements and capital buffers (FFFS 2014:12) and the EBA’s guidelines on disclosure requirements under Part 8 of the CRR.
