Alternative performance measures

Alternative Performance Measures (APMs) are financial metrics used to provide additional insight into the Group’s financial position and performance beyond what is defined in IFRS or in the EU Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive (CRR/CRD IV).

By complementing standard financial reporting, Alternative performance measures help explain underlying business development, enhance comparability over time, and offer readers valuable tools for analysis. SEB uses Alternative performance measures where they add value in assessing and understanding the Group’s financial results and position.
