A healthy lifestyle

In SEB we have a health strategy and we work proactively to promote a healthy lifestyle and a good work-life balance amongst our employees.

We have a wide variety of benefits available for our employees, ranging from insurance policies to attractive holiday cottages. We want our employees to be happy working with us and feel that we add value to them and their families in different ways. All our benefits are available in an app for easy access. There are fitness facilities for employees in many of SEB's buildings and we offer for example a health and fitness grant of 3000 SEK every year.
