Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

As a Savings & Investment Tribe software developer intern, you will have a responsibility to understand, update and develop S&I products and services.  Your primary focus will be developing and supporting S&I related IT developments, to enable SEB in providing first class services to clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with  the team to develop business requests
  • Develop solutions based on best practices and standards
  • Writing efficient and well-structured code along with unit tests
  • To thrive in this role, we believe:

  • you are fluent in Lithuanian and English,
  • you are curious to learn by doing, and you want to apply your academic knowledge,

    Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
