Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

SEB Mobile Team is responsible for the deliveries in SEB Mobile banking Application for more than 1 million users in Baltics. We are passionate in improving the experience for our customers and bringing tools to make better decision for better financial future.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Gathering data and analyzing market and competitors
  • Gathering, analyzing, and writing functional requirements
  • Creating development tasks in JIRA
  • Participate in agile ceremonies
  • Testing newly developed improvements
    • To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • to be a student in higher educational institution​
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent in Latvian and English. English is required as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams.
  • Outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude 
  • Able to manage your time & prioritize
