Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank and SEB Group. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

About the team:

As an intern in our team, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues. You will have the opportunity to discover what happens after an investment deal is done – there are many exciting processes which usually stay behind scenes. By collaborating and networking you will be welcome to challenge the existing processes and come up with improvement ideas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing different bank operations

Improving and automating bank processes

Supporting SEB clients worldwide (in writing, even sometimes calling)

Taking part and contributing to the projects

To thrive in this role, we believe you should have:

To be a student in higher educational institution

Motivation and strong personal vision about having career in finance area

Team-working skills and interest to learn continuously

Fluent in English, as the work execution is related to foreign countries

Ability to manage your time & prioritize

850 € - 1.050 € a month

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
