About the role:
As a Workflow Solution Developer, You will be a part of Workflow Center of Excellence (CoE) team which has a goal to facilitate efficient, compliant and transparent business processes by driving Workflow community of practice and delivering Workflow solutions and supporting/mentoring other team's Workflow initiatives on our strategic IBM BAW Platform.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing Workflow solutions, ensuring it follows solution development best-practicesProviding work estimates and timely updates on solution development progressCollaboration with IT architects and other developers on defining the process implementation designHelping business to understand technical capabilities, suggesting best possible solutions and explaining limitationsImplementing integrations within process solution and external systemsDefining way of working practices, suggesting and implementing improvementsActively sharing Product knowledge with Workflow community membersGuiding/mentoring other Workflow initiatives
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Good knowledge of JavaScript, Webservices (SOAP, REST)Experience in IBM BAW or ICM or BPM products (would be considered as strong advantage)Experience in Process AutomationExperience in business process analysis or similar fieldAnalytical thinkingAbility to learn and adapt to changes quicklyWillingness to take ownershipFluency in English

2.850 € - 4.250 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
