About the role:

The payment domain is undergoing major changes. The rapid development of technology and new global standards (such as ISO20022) provide the opportunity to develop modern, secure and customer-friendly payment channels. As a Test Automation Engineer in our Cross functional Agile team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems. You will drive test automation best practices and long-term quality strategies, contributing across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.
 
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing UI and API automation tests (component-level and system integration) using Playwright. Additionally, you will analyze test results, report defects, and maintain test documentation and metrics. You’ll also collaborate closely with automation engineers across teams to maintain and evolve end-to-end tests for payment channels.
 
Our technical stack consists of:
• Frontend: Angular
• Backend & Integration: .NET 8, Kafka, MS SQL
• Infrastructure & DevOps: OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes
•  CI/CD & Quality: GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Playwright, Jira Xray
• Monitoring & Alerts: Splunk
 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright (or a similar framework)
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (or a comparable scripting language)
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile team
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English

  • 3.650 € - 5.450 € a month
    The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
