This role can be located either in Vilnius or Stockholm.

About the role
As a Risk Management specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the external fraud Risk Assessment and the external Fraud Risk related projects and activities at a group level to ensure that SEB manages and mitigates fraud risks cross countries and business divisions.

Responsibilities:
-Drive and conduct the 1st line of defense external fraud risk assessments across the bank in line with agreed plans, which will include cards, payment, investment banking, insurance and- lending products.
-Follow-up upon the fraud risk management controls and align with relevant policies and procedures.
-Follow-up on risk mitigation action and ensure that they are implemented, observed and embedded into the relevant part of SEB’s organization. Escalate concerns as needed to keep projects on track.
-Lead efforts to identify and eliminate control gaps across all products in scope and mitigating credit or fraud losses associated with these products.
-Participate, manage and develop fraud risk forums cross SEB legal entities.
-Provide fraud risk subject matter expertise across SEB on new products assessment and align the risk into the risk assessment and identify how it impacts the fraud risk exposure.
-Drive the horizon scanning and threat assessment of fraud risks.
-Drive the incident management and escalation process.
-Coordinate with key stakeholders in the Fraud teams to develop requirements and the project manager in the fraud transformation projects and initiatives.
 
To succeed in this role, we believe you have
-A minimum of 3 years of Risk Management and Risk Assessment experience in the financial crime or risk management field, with strong capabilities to drive and coordinate fraud Risk Assessment and Risk project within scope and meet deadlines.
-Ability to manage complex work plans, with multiple deliverables whilst retaining a consistent, strong attention to detail is required.
-You are an enthusiastic, committed individual who can work independently and collaboratively, to build strong relationships across the various businesses divisions and legal entities.
-Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to prepare presentation materials for both senior audiences and broader group/team meetings.
-Have proficient skills in Power Point and Excel.
-You have the ability to reconcile, analyse and interpret data and to summarise key messages and present.
-Go do mentality, take ownership of tasks and following through to completion
