About the Role
As a Recruitment Risk Specialist within the Talent Management team, you will play a key role in assessing, developing, and overseeing background checks and other compliance-related risks in the recruitment process across the Baltic countries.
As a Recruitment Risk Specialist, you will:
Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring recruitment processes meet current and future regulatory requirements while delivering an excellent candidate experience.Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team in the Baltics and other internal stakeholders across SEB.Serve as the main point of contact for external partners handling immigration and background checks, ensuring smooth and effective operations.Manage GDPR-related requests, investigate and resolve issues, and coordinate with privacy and legal teams.Contribute to ad-hoc projects focused on risk mitigation and compliance within Talent Management.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
3–5 years of experience in HR, legal, risk, or compliance roles.A critical and analytical mindset with the ability to identify key issues and drive meaningful improvements.Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.The confidence to challenge the status quo constructively and communicate clearly.Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus).A self-motivated, independent work style combined with a strong team spirit.Previous experience with background checks is an advantage.

2.600 € - 3.900 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
