We are looking for a Project Manager in Project Finance and Advisory team. The team is responsible for Project Finance (primarily energy, infrastructure, telecom , pulp&paper sectors), PPPs, Acquisition Finance for primarily private equity sponsors but advising also other M&A financings, organizing and taking part in syndicated lending and club loans, providing advisory in debt capacity, rating, capital structure and other areas.  The team is responsible for origination, execution and managing the transaction in collaboration with relevant client team.
 
As a Project Manager, you’ll be part of an agile team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, customers and prospects to execute transactions, increase bank revenues and customer satisfaction. This is an unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing and strategically important area.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Actively seeking, proposing and structuring transactions to new and existing clients
  • Actively work together with Client Coverage and other units, including SEB international sites to develop and deepen client relationships and increase product penetration across SEB
  • Actively work together with Client Coverage to ensure that credit matters and presentations in the credit committees are done with high quality and defend the transaction in the relevant credit and business committees
  • Analyze clients, industries and markets
  • Review documentation and ensure that it is in line with approvals
  • Lead deal teams and ensure optimal usage of resources
  • Supervise and mentor more junior colleagues
  • Initiate, implement and follow up on new business initiatives 
  • Build and develop internal and external networks
  • Responsible for income, profitability and efficient capital allocation for transactions, with focus on risk vs. reward
  • You’re a great fit if you have:
  • Thorough knowledge and deep interest in the project finance, asset finance and export finance products, syndicated loans and acquisition finance/leveraged finance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization, excellent negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and innovative mindset
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to structure and prioritize
  • Quality-oriented mindset and attention to details
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
  • 5-7 year previous experience in a related business
  • Confidence in decision-making, with the flexibility to adapt when needed
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Estonian and English

  • 3.850 € - 5.750 € a month
    before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
