About the role:
Join our Payment Services team and play a key role in shaping the future of payments. As a team member, you'll work in an international and collaborative environment, gaining deep expertise in the payments sector while tackling challenging goals. This is an excellent opportunity for payment experts to contribute to an exciting transformation journey in creating the next-generation payments infrastructure. You will have the chance to drive automation initiatives, including defining requirements for scripting, robotics, and system automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, monitor, and process international and domestic payments, SWIFT transactions, Nostro reconciliations and end-to-end processes including any discrepancies.Work closely with the team regarding problem-solving, process improvements, and many automation activities to increase process efficiency and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other SEB teams and departments to ensure a high level of customer focus, process efficiency and stakeholder management.Continuously analyze and improve the team’s way of working in close cooperation with colleagues, Global Process Experts, Automation Developers, Management, Stakeholders, and Process Area Specialists.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken and written), job content related to communicating and supporting colleagues and customers abroad) A strong team player with at least 3 years experience in payments area (deep knowledge of international payments, SWIFT, and reconciliation)Eager to challenge existing processes and seek improvement areasA proactive, self-driven problem solver, able to take ownership and show great communication skillsWilling to develop yourself, share your knowledge, and help othersAccurate and attentive to detail and able to prioritize tasks based on deadlinesProficient knowledge with all Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft ExcelA good understanding of development and innovation processes (Agile, Design Thinking, etc.), along with knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and automation solutions (scripting, robotics, AI), will be considered a significant advantage

1.600 € - 2.400 € a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
